How We Approach Our Method

Here are the steps that are followed during the installation

Plan your external and internal conduit location

Now is the ideal time to consider how you want to install the leading conduit.
An external lead-in-conduit (LIC) is the individual telecommunications conduit installed from PCD to NBN pit in the street.
An internal lead-in conduit (LIC) is the individual telecommunications conduit installed from PCD to garage.
Before the plastering, we will install the internal and external conduit.

Installation of NBN devices & activate

We will organise the installation of the NBN equipment inside and outside your new house.
Please allow a minimum of four to six weeks notice before the premises will be occupied to help ensure the network can be connected in time for new residents.
We will provide you with AutoCAD drawing for NBN conduit & wire installed.

Your checklist for equipment location

Reasonably close to a power point.
A cool, dry, ventilated area (the NBN equipment cannot be installed in a damp or wet area such as a kitchen, bathroom, laundry or under a window that opens)
Away from busy areas where it may be knocked or damaged.
Somewhere easy for you to see, to check the indicator lights.
In the same building as the main electric meter box or distribution board (i.e not in a separate detached garage or outhouse).
